Delivery Times

Delivery Charges

The delivery fee is a fixed amount of 1.1 BHD. Free delivery for orders over 10 BHD.

Tracking and Receipt

You will receive a text message with tracking details. Ensure you are present at the specified address to receive your order.

Exchange & Return Policy

If the product has a defect, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.

For any exchange or return, the product must be in new and original condition, unused, and returned with its original box, packaging, accessories, and all other items received with the product.

Products that are used, damaged, missing their original packaging, or missing any included items may not be eligible for exchange or return. If the product is returned damaged, the full amount will not be refunded to the customer.
